HAND SAFE BAR DETERGENT Description: A synthetic detergent formulated especially for the washing of cocktail and draft beer glasses. Buffered at a pH near 6 to ensure extra mildness and to aid in the suppression of scale formation and water spotting. Use with all chlorine type sanitizers. Use 2 teaspoons per 2.5 gallons of water.
